Let us have a pleasant blogging experience !!!!

Through this blog, share your Gayatrivantillu experience with others. If there are any pitfalls in my Videos or Recipe Texts, which I have not touched upon, caution others. Similarly share your joy of good outcomes.

Here, you are encouraged to share your Tips and Variations in the Recipes for the benefit of other food lovers. Blogging by viewers makes the content on a website richer!!!!

Scroll down to find what your friends had posted earlier.

Scroll to the end to post your views, in the box provided.

For a pleasant blogging experience, I suggest the following

1. Don't forget to indicate your name, especially while blogging under "Anonymous" . Also indicate the Recipe's name while posting your comments, suggestions and queries in the box below

2. Gayatri Vantillu is an e- extension of my home where I respect each and every visitor - Big & Small, Young & Old. I express it through addressing my visitors with a traditional suffix of "Garu" / "Ji" or a prefix of Shri / Smt . For people who are not from Indian sub-continent and not familiar with Indian salutations, I prefer a prefix Mr. / Mrs. / Ms etc. I expect and insist for a similar reciprocal gesture from all my visitors.

I choose to ignore comments which do not adhere to the above two conditions.

Please note that for the benefit of others I may also post some of the e-mail queries here after reasonably editing.

Hi I m also a passionate baker like you although I m not an expert
The home made bread doesn't ve that texture and fluffiness which their commercial counterpart has I've tried it many times ESP . If it is wholewheat flour once I added gluten also but it did nt made much diff. Even I bake in convection , I think it gets long to get heated up & browning rather than Otg . Pls suggest me something

Dear Gayatri Garu,

I got married recently and came to live with my husband. I used to cook even before marriage but never without supervision from either my mother or grandmother. I felt very nervous for the first few days, but thanks to your website now i feel that I have someone from my home helping throughout the dish.
I love the ease with which you cook. The recipes are surprisingly simple and very delicious. Reminds me of my grandmother made food (Ammamma vanta ruchi). However busy I might be, it is fun to spend sometime everyday on your website deciding which dish to make tonight. Thanks a lot. :)

Dear Gayathri Garu,
Oka saari eppudo, Dum Aloo curry recipe kosam choosthu unte, mee site kanipinchindi. Maa manamarali kosam maa ammayi kaavaalante, vethikanu. Appati nunchi, Edaina kotharakanga chEyaalante, mee site lo choosthanu. I also sent ur link to my daughter. She is a working woman, with 2 kids, one 10-year old and a 3-year old. meeku thelusu, pillalaki rOjukoka, variety kaavaali. Anduku, me cookery site, chaala upayoganga undi. Anduna, telugu vantalu.

Eeroju, maamidi thandra recipe choosanu. What a brilliant idea for solar heating. I wud definitely try this recipe, in a small way. And we can use the same concept for making "vadiyaalu" also. Specially in this flat culture, this is a great idea for drying anything under Sun, hygenically.

Thanks a lot and Good Luck with ur site and God bless U.

P:S. I saw somebody asking for menthikura pachadi, and ur reply that U don't know. This is very much unlike U. It is simply like making Gongura pachadi. U may add at the end Nuvvula Podi Veyinchi kottinadi. Depending on one's liking one may add either "Inguva" in the POpu or garlic pods fried in a little oil.

Keep up the Great Job, God bless U.

I think u mentioned of wheat floor and corn floor. yesterday i tried goruchikkudikaya pappu koora by seeing ur recipe. I didn't put cumin seeds and black gram becasue of non-availability. After eating i realized that they are very important. But the taste was good..anyways thanks for it..

Hello Gayathrigaru,

I love Andhra recipes and was delighted to find this site . I also understand Telugu but cannot speak fluently and now becoz of your explanation with pictures and subtitles in English I can learn the language too along with cooking your tasty recipes. Thank you.

Beena.

Hi Aunty,

I dont need to tell you how much of a gift your website is to newbies. I realised that you inspire great cooks like my mom too.
I was going through this recipe-chilli paneer on your website and got soya sauce from teh store, upon seeing the ingredients like E627,E631 and other chemical formulae, and googling them up, I realised tehya re not exactly always vegetarian(come from fish too). so, the question is are there any brands in India that you use which you are sure are vegetarian? if yes, pls suggest them. Now, I going to return my soya sauce and look for another recipe.though its a little dampening to my spirits.
Great work. pls keep adding more.

Thanks for your wonderful recipe. May I know how long can we preserve this pachadi? If not, what we have to add to make this pachadi to preserve for a long time? I dont want to deepfry or boil the amla, as it mostly loses its benifits. Please suggest me

Gayatri garu
For the pachadi recipes please include the shelf life . With an empty nest almost anything that I attempt is definitely going to be a leftover for the next few days

As part of learning Spoken Telugu after going through all items like stories upanyasam talk shows short films I checked for Telugu recipes and was so attracted with presentation voice and I sat 6 hours tight though all your presentations should have made me hurry to kitchen . Now having tried a few I am getting ingredients to try others ..

I went through your profile and has since requested my female relatives s good 15 youngsters from 16 to 40 to get motivated. Superb writing ..
